Female Pheromones: Debunking the idea

July 3rd, 2009

Ever wonder what makes your pulse quicken when a woman walks by you and you catch the air that sweeps after her?  The scent that can attract you to a woman from across the room?  That particular scent, unique from woman to woman, is the female pheromone.  Basically, this little scent makes a woman known to the opposite sex.  Just one little drift across the room and she could have a man eating out of the palm of her hand if she has secreted enough of the scent.

Just how do we detect this odor?  There is an organ deep inside the nasal cavity called the Vomeronasal organ which only exists to sniff out this scent.  Once the scent is found, its presence is relayed directly to the brain immediately, leading to a physiological gravitation toward the other human being.  All of this is completely subconscious, however.

Research on this concept has been going on for quite some time now.  It seems that no one can pin down exactly why this scent attracts men in the way that it does.  It’s that extra sensory perception that makes a man follow the woman across the bar in order to get her number.

Now, the same scent will not work on every man.  Just like their women, some men like different scent combinations than others.  However, all of this changes when the basic female pheromone comes into play.  Copulins were sprayed in a study done recently.  These copulins attracted males on a more steady basis throughout the research.  In fact, they have been mass-marketed now for use in the general population.

These replicated female pheromones are applied to the body in a odor-less spray in areas that the body would normally secrete them.  Because we have highly evolved hygiene habits such as washing our hair and body everyday, applying perfume, wearing deodorant, and covering the majority of our body with clothes, our pheromones are not secreted as readily as they would normally.

Now, with the use of modern technology, a woman may apply this spritz to available skin and attract as many men as she pleases.

Your Two Scents

July 3rd, 2009

It’s been a recorded scientific fact for a very long time that a large part of communication in all animals, humans included, is non-verbal. The way you stand, how you meet another’s eyes, the gestures made, and the posture you use all indicate something about who you are and what your real intentions are, or might be. In animals this can also include scents that are given off which are referred to as pheromones, or singularly, as a pheromone. It is these chemicals which make so much known in the animal kingdom. For instance, a male marking his territory leaves a definite pheromone. So too a female in heat puts a certain scent into the air which could draw males from miles around if the wind is right. For members of the same animal species, the smell of pheromones is as clear and understandable as any written language exchanged among humans.

Humans, like any other animals, also release pheromones. Pheromones are released particularly when we sweat, which is why the smell of “clean sweat” is often seen as stimulating and erotic to the opposite sex, whereas sweat that has been sitting for a time and has begun to host bacteria smells repugnant.

Many companies, siezing on this biological truth, have tried to persuade consumers to buy pheromone products. Most often these products are perfumes, aftershaves, or even deodorants which are supposed to release the smell of natural, human pheromones and make the wearer appear more desireable, if not downright irresistable, to the opposite sex. All sorts of outlandish promises are made to persuade people to buy pheromone enhanced products, but the truth is that people are usually better off depending on their own, natural pheromone output when it comes to social situations. If you have to buy pheromone laced aids, then what’s going to happen when you run out?

Understanding Male Pheromones

July 1st, 2009

Every human being gives off pheromones.  However, since there are no two people who are alike, there are also no two pheromones that are alike either.  It is also important to understand that there are some men who actually give off stronger male pheromones than other men do.  This is why some men who are not very attractive will still be able to get the really attractive girls.

Simply put, pheromones are what attract men and women to one another.  Male pheromones somehow compel women to be near you and they will also send women a subliminal message that tells her that she really wants to be with you.  This is not a magic trick and there are no pick-up lines involved here.  Instead, it is a simple matter of science that is known as human chemistry.

It is this chemistry that explains why some women are attracted to the “bad boy” image while other women like silent men.  This really has nothing to do with anything more than the chemistry that lies behind the attraction: the pheromones that are being released and thus attracting these two individuals to one another.  These pheromones actually release the “bad boy” or the silent guy image and then cause excitement within a woman on a much deeper level.

Today scientists know enough about male pheromones that they can actually copy them to sell in cologne.  This provides men with a safe, affordable and effective way in which to attract women to themselves.

By using male pheromones you can easily and effectively attract a woman to yourself.  Not only will these pheromones cause a woman to naturally come to you but they will also boost your self-confidence.  After all, who wouldn’t feel good knowing that another guy is jealous of the woman that you have on your arm and that you owe this jealousy to nothing more than your pheromones?
